This is a very rare touring bike and is the rarest of all of the family of Boulevard cruiser's. Suzuki introduced this bike right as the economy collapsed in 2008 as the recession set in and this bike along with many other expensive Japanese models suffered the same short lived fate due to poor sales and a shrinking dealer network. This was an amazing bike built around the same powerplant as the class leading muscle bike the M109R but with a touring chassis unique to this model. The RT came with full touring accouterments such as the massive windshield, studded leather seats, leather hard bags, and passenger backrest which made it a turn key cross country two up touring mount that needed nothing to go straight on a long road trip. This was a very unique bike as it had a style and ride like nothing else in its class with classic Boulevard cruiser looks on a mega sized bike. Even the Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 and Rocket 3 from Triumph don't have the same commanding feel from the saddle as this behemoth. This bike has an awesome engine that will loaf along at 100mph like nothing with tractor trailer like torque. With this bike being discontinued after only 2 short years of production due to the poor timing of the downturn of the economy concurrent with the release of the most expensive cruiser in Suzuki's lineup its almost guaranteed to appreciate as time moves on. The M109R has created a massive cult following and with this being the touring variant it will always have riders attention looking for more comfort combined with the tractor like fat tired power that the big 1800 V-Twin is known for.
