Every vehicle we sell undergoes a scrutinizing inspection process which is over 95 points for the motorcycles and 65 points for the ATV's. We do this not only out of concern for the customers safety but also to help guarantee as many trouble free miles as possible for the buyer. We developed these check-lists our self through years of experience in the industry. We encourage everyone who rides to print one out and check over your own bike, we want to see everyone have as safe a riding experience as possible on their motorcycle or ATV.

OUR PREOWNED VEHICLE CERTIFICATIONS:
We sell quality pre-owned powersports vehicles that undergo a scrutinizing inspection and detailing process that is unmatched in the industry. We pride ourselves on providing the safest most comprehensively inspected and tested used powersport units available anywhere in the country. We perform our in house 95 point motorcycle inspection and our 65 point ATV/UTV checklist on every unit we sell which we have created through years of experience to guarantee every vehicle we sell is as safe and troublefree for as many miles as possible for each and every customer. We do not discriminate when it comes to the cost of the unit either, a kids $1000 ATV receives the same level of attention to detail when being inspected as a $10000 touring bike. Our in depth pre-owned checklists even exceed most of the manufacturers pre-delivery and set up inspection checklists that manufactures use when assembling new units! We will provide a copy of the completed inspection checklist for your vehicle at the time of purchase upon the buyers request.
WE HAVE 3 LEVELS OF CERTIFICATION FOR OUR PRE-OWNED INVENTORY:
Gold Level Certified
Indicates the vehicle is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition, has passed our in house quality & safety assurance checklist, comes fully serviced (fresh fluids and filters), comes with a 30 day FULL WARRANTY, comes PA state inspected (if a street legal vehicle), and is eligible for our no credit check lease to own plans, and is 100% ready to ride.
Silver Level Certified
Indicates the unit is in excellent mechanical condition, good cosmetic condition, but may higher than average mileage. It has passed the most scrutinizing preowned quality & safety checklist in the powersports industry, comes fully serviced (fresh fluids and filters), comes PA state inspected (if a street legal vehicle), and may or may not be eligible for our no credit check lease to own plans.
Bronze Level Certified
Indicates that a unit has undergone our thorough in house safety & quality assurance checklist and we have found some items that need addressing but the vehicle is still completely useable in its current condition. May also indicate excessively high mileage or some obvious cosmetic flaws. Vehicles with branded titles such as rebuilt or salvage would also fall into this category. The unit has been priced accordingly, is being sold AS IS, does not include any warranty, and is not eligible for our no credit check lease to own plans. It may or may not come PA state inspected.
30 DAY NO HASSLE FULL WARRANTY
***PLEASE NOTE - VEHICLES OVER 15 YEARS OLD OR 50,000 MILES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR OUR IN HOUSE WARRANTY AND WILL BE SOLD AS IS UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE IN THE DESCRIPTION***
Any of the vehicles we sell advertised with a 30 Day / 1000 mile full warranty are 100% covered wheel to wheel for mechanical failures of any kind in that time period. Black Market Bikez LLC. agrees to cover any cost incurred from mechanical failure of the engine, transmission, fuel injection, carburetion, lighting, electrical, or braking system within 30 days or 1000 miles from the time of purchase, whichever comes first. After the 30 day period there is no warranty what so ever on the vehicle and the buyer is responsible for any and all repair costs at that point. Black Market Bikez LLC.is not to be held responsible for repairing any damage caused by the purchaser or any other user of the motorcycle/ATV during the warranty period through misuse, neglect, or negligence. The repair work is to be performed by Black Market Bikez LLC. and will not be covered if performed by any other shop. The buyer is responsible for transporting the vehicle to and from our shop to have the work performed.
